- well lets start with I. Sakyamuni said that All beings/i's in Existence are Empty of Individual Existence or in other words we are all interlinked. Vipassana meditation (the path of purification of mind) was a turning point in my life. What i realised after learning this Technique is "All things in Life are Impermenant" say, be it your job,your family or your Hometown evrything is changing & Evolving." So dont fear abt anyone or anything.We must move our cheese before someone does." This is a Meditative Technique which when practised improves your concentration,Purifies your mind& eliminates ur fear.There are additional Benifits, but prime Goal remains in Englightenment for all sentinent Beings. So Whats the Solution for all the Problems in life? Stop Craving & Aversion.Simple aint it? no it aint..even if the Buddha were to come down and say stop craving we would not be able to follow.so he gave the Eight Fold Path.
